Effect of the ankle brace on the knee of the volleyball player: a study of review
Abstract
The objective of the review was of explain the effect of the knee of the volleyball player. We found four studies about this theme and it was not conclusive to affirm that the ankle brace cause knee injury of the athlete, principally the semi-rigid brace - the lace up, the sleeves and the tape. However, these assertions deserve caution because the author found little studies about this theme, requiring more research, principally in volleyball players during the game situations and/or practicing the skills for scientific information become more robust about the effect of the ankle brace on the knee of the volleyball player.
