To evaluate concentrations of lactate in two indirect anaerobic tests: study compared in teenage to a female futsal team
Abstract
The objective of this study was analyze and compare the concentrations of lactate in two indirect tests applied in female futsal players using the “Rast” Test and the “40 seconds” Test. Ten female futsal players realized the tests. It was collected a concentration of sanguineous lactate in three moments, in both tests: resting, after 10 seconds of realizing the test, and after 8 seconds with passive resting. The result had been analyzed through test t student with average and shunting line standard, for lesser values that p < 0,05. Both tests had approximated values, in the “Rast” test the medium of lactate’s concentration (mmol/L) in resting was of 2.29 ± 0.48 and in the “40 seconds” test was of 2.30 ± 0.62; in the “Rast” Test the medium of lactate’s concentration (mmol/L) after 10 seconds was of 8.95 ± 3.55 and in the “40 seconds” test was of 8.72 ± 3.03; in the “Rast” test the medium oflactate’s concentration (mmol/L) after 8 seconds, with passive recuperation was of 9.93 ± 1.41 and in the “40 seconds” test was of 10.35 ± 1.39. In base of the results it can be concluded that it didn’t have significance between the both indirect tests and both can be applied to evaluate the anaerobic capacity in futsal players.
