Proposal for a physical evaluation for practitioners tissue acrobatic
Abstract
This study aims to establish a proposal for a routine physical evaluation for practitioners of Fabric Acrobatic. Protocols that mediate used to evaluate the physical capacity of more evidence of this in practice mode. Emphasizing the objectivity and specifity at rate. Allowing thus follow the development of the individual in a direct rather than empirical, determining loads, guidelines, priorities, limitations, and morphological changes caused by training. Seeking so the biological individuality topractitioners of fabric acrobatic.Seen that mode already has a population of practitioners, and meaningful and with different objectives, it is the relevance of this study. So the assessment will provide a basement that can provide a practice based on real conditions of individual, avoid over-training loads that may be harmful to the practitioner, creating frustration, several injuries, putting the individual at risk.
