Analysis of the anaerobic threshold in practicing wheelchair of modality handball through lesser value glycemic
Abstract
The wheelchair handball is the new and unknown mode sport, this sport keeping similar characteristics of the conventional sport suffering some adaptations in roles and dimensions of the court when the game occurred with four athletes. Being a new mode sport there is miss study and search in the area, by the way, the goal of this study was to analyze the anaerobic limier through the lowest glycemic by the crescent test of effort, where the voluntaries should do a distance of 200m and to velocity increase to 1km/h each completed course. The method of analysis adopted can be considered a good alternative, because is cheaper and of easy application. The test was applied in five men people, doing wheelchair handball, with age between 30 and 37 years, with different level of motor impairment, what can influence the level of physical aptitude.
