Cinetica della rimozione del lattato nel sangue durante l'esercizio prolungato al 70% e al 100% della soglia del lattato

Abstract

La rimozione del lattato dal sangue è essenziale per un buon recupero, ci sono alcuni studi che cercano di mostrare la procedura più efficiente per rimuoverlo, ma nessuno riguarda la soglia anaerobica. L'obiettivo di questo lavoro è stato quello di studiare la rimozione del lattato in diverse percentuali della soglia anaerobica. 13 volontari hanno eseguito un test Wingate e dopo recupero attivo al 70% o 100% per 120 minuti dove il lattato è stato raccolto alla fine del test massimo, 10°, 20°, 30°, 60°, 90° e 120° minuto. I risultati per il gruppo G70 erano 1,39 ± 0,4; 12,2 ± 3,9; 6 ± 3,3; 4,9±1; 3,2 ± 0,7; 1,8 ± 0,3; 1,57 ± 0,18 e 1,6 ± 0,5 e per G100 erano: 1,92 ± 0,82; 10,8 ± 2,3; 8,7 ± 2,5; 4,9 ± 1,8; 3,6±2; 2,2 ± 1,1; 1,76 ± 1 e 1,6 ± 0,8. Possiamo concludere che non ci sono state differenze nella rimozione del lattato utilizzando il 70% e il 100% della soglia anaerobica.
