Reasons of adherence and permanence in programs of muscular activity
Abstract
In the modern society, the appearance profile and health emphasizes the aesthetics as a longed for factor of physical and social well-being, motivating individuals to adhere her/it to muscular activity programs in the academies. In this context, it was sought, in the research, to identify the preponderant reasons that you/they take the individuals to adhere her and they stay in muscular activity programs. In the report of the muscular activity it consists that the incentive through physical exercises for the training of the force only sought the victory in combats of fights and later he/she arose the cultures, already in the modern society the practice of the physical exercise acquires joined values the health and life quality, for reason of the information of benefits as influence factor for change of behavior through also of the media. The study was characterized as a descriptive research with quantitative focus, as collection instrument was used applied questionnaire for fifty practicing individuals of muscular activity for a minimum period of six months, in five academies in the city of Mafra - SC. The results evidenced as the muscular activity apprentices' profile, according to the sample, being young individuals, in his/her majority academics, that as the adherence in muscular activity programs is motivated mainly by the aesthetic factor with 62%, and the permanence for they obtain an improvement in the life quality and health appearing for 24% of those questioned, observing like this, with the permanence in muscular activity programs and consequent information, been acquired benefits with the life quality and health, being pertinent as aesthetic reason of weigh loss and muscular hypertrophy.
